Narri-Narro! During Fasnet (carnival), the so-called 5th season, there are traditional carnival parades everywhere in the Black Forest. The participants always wear the same masks and costumes, which have often been passed from generation to generation. Schonach Fasnet is dominated by the characters of Geißenmeckerer (goat figure), Geißenmagd (maidservant), heidnischer Jäger (hunter) and Zunfthexe (witch).
